Faq1	How do I register as a Merchant Member?

Step 1	Click on the Register link on the right panel.

Faq2	How do I do my barter trading?
Step 1	Go straight to the Merchant's shop online. Enter www.exnet.cc/1/bata, eg
Step 2	You will see the list of all the Merchant's products displayed.

Faq3	How do I leave messages or queries to other members?
Step 1	Click on the Fourm link on the left panel.

Faq4	How do I use the search?

Step 1	Click on the Search link on the left panel or the Spot-E 's picture on the top banner.
Step 2	Type in the item that you are searching for in text field and click the Search Now button .

Faq5	If I want to know the exchange rate for my country currency against another country 's currency, How do I do it?
Step 1	Click on the Currencies link on the left panel and type in the amount of money that you wish to convert.
Step 2	Select the current currency of the money at the convert Box and select the currency that you want to know at the into Box.

Faq6	I would like to know about your Operating Structure?

Step 1	Click on the Structures link on the left panel and click on the image called structure .

Faq7	I would like to know about your franchising program?

Step 1	Click on the Search link on the left panel and you will find four images(Systems Owner Support Page[SOSP], Flowchart, Franchise Program, National Portal Master[NPM].
Step 2	Click on any of the images for the franchising details.

Faq8	How do I do upload my company logo?
Step 1	Log in as a merchant. In your PCP click on the Upload Images link. Select the image file from your computer.
Step 2	You may select more than 1 file.

Faq9	I could not find the division/categories for my company when I was registering?
Step 1	Please select the division/categories that nearly describes your company. More choices of division/categories will added soon.
Step 2	You can later change your division/categories at your member Home Page by selecting Update Details.

Faq10	How do I change my shop front?
Step 1	Log in as a merchant. In your PCP click on the Change Shopfront link. Select the shop front that you want from the given selections.

Faq11	How do I subscribe/unsubscribe for the ExNet Newsletter?
Step 2	Click on the Newsletter link on the left panel and select subscribe/unsubscribe .
