The ExNet Equity-Licencing programme provides
a twin investment platform for those parties that enter into an "Equity-licencing"
agreement with ExNet.
|
- The business ownership & operation
Licence awarded each Licensee.
- The equity issued by out IP owning entity
to secure such Licencse.
|
Unlike traditional franchising, the cash
flows generated through the "Equity-Licensing" programme operated by ExNet are treated as "capital recovery"
- they are NOT treated as a REVENUE item - this makes out Licensee's partners
in our system - not "providers" of a fee to our company.
