" ExNet does permit or allow any merchant member (whether Associate or Full Member) to offer any goods, services or products that arise from religious activity, adult related material that contains explicit sexual or offensive content; any form of gaming or gambling and games of chance involving financial transactions; drugs and therapeutic products that have not been licensed by a recognised Statutorily appointed and governed body, any goods or services offered by any form of multi-level marketing organisation nor any form of financial services such as money lending any financial transactions normally undertaken through a duly licensed financial services organisation" Any such web-shops found within the ExNet system will be removed without notice to the Merchant Member offering any of the abovesaid barred activities and the offending Merchant will be barred from any further use of the system as a Merchant Member"
